Spa Etiquette

Quiet Please

Le Sooke Spa is a place of peace and serenity. We ask that you please keep your voices low when arriving and departing the spa. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers. If you are bringing children under the age of 14, please ensure they understand and can accommodate our policies.

Amenities

Our spa has a shower for all guests to use, as well as hair amenities. Guests are welcome to relax on our deck, enjoy a glass of herbal tea.

Arriving Late To The Spa

We ask all guests to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to their reservation to allow themselves time to ease into their selected treatments. In consideration of other guests we cannot guarantee full treatment time to those guests who arrive late.

Your Reservation

We require a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Gift Certificate number to hold all reservations. Our cancellation/change policy is 24 hours notice. If the spa is not provided with 24 hours notice, full cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card or taken off your gift card.

Children At The Spa

An adult must accompany children under the age of 14. We welcome children to our spa as long as they are quiet and considerate of other guests.

Departing The Spa

We recommend you allow yourself an additional 10 - 15 minutes after your treatment times are complete to ease yourself back to regular activity. Don't spoil your spa experience having to rush back to regular everyday duties.
